Dietvana wants to wish you a Happy Valentine's day and would like to share some creative healthy meal ideas for the special day:
Create a dish with XOXO celery sticks and heart shaped honeydew melon or watermelon next to a grilled protein and a salad for Lunch or dinner.
Heart shaped vegetable platter: Cut vegetables like carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes into heart shapes and arrange them on a platter. Serve with a healthy dip like hummus or tzatziki.
Grilled salmon with roasted vegetables: Grill a salmon fillet and serve it with roasted vegetables like asparagus, decorate the plate with heart shaped cherry tomato skewer caprese salad.
Strawberry and spinach salad: Top a bed of spinach with heart-shaped strawberries, toasted almonds, and a vinaigrette dressing.
Heart-shaped pizza: Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to make heart-shaped mini pizzas using whole-grain crust, tomato sauce, and plenty of veggies like bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions.
